Why do I need to register?
To play any of the games at ezLeagues, you must be a registered user.
During registration, you will choose a unique username and password that you can use
to log in to your own ezLeagues account. Your ezLeagues account is your own place where you can
play and manage your fantasy games.

How much do games cost?
The cost of a game usually depends on the sport and the type of league you are playing?
Most of the ezLeagues Season games are available FREE, and some of Playoff Fantasy games, with its short game period and intense competition, will cost money to play.

How does the payment process work?
- When purchasing games or add-ons in ezLeagues, you will be taken to a secure payment page on the PayPal.com website.
- PayPal.com is a leading provider of online payments, and all you need is a valid credit card to purchase games and add-ons in ezLeagues.com
- The participant enters their credit card information on the secure PayPal page.
- PayPal authorizes the payment information provided by the participant.
- If approved, PayPal tells ezLeagues electronically and instantaneously that the transaction was approved.
- The game or add-on is then instantly set up for the participant and team selection can begin.
This whole process will only last a few minutes.

I tried to pay and I got an error, what happened?
If you get an error, or an email saying there was an error, you should contact ezLeagues at payments@ezleagues.com and find out why the transaction did not go through. Any record of
payment can be easily tracked when paying through PayPal and resolutions are almost found immediately.

If I win a prize on ezLeagues, how do I receive it? How long does it take?
If you win an ezLeagues game which results in a money prize, you can receive payment by cheque or electronically through PayPal.
Cheque payments are made in US Dollars, Canadian resident can have cheques made out to them in currency equivalents. Cheques can take up to six weeks for delivery and processing. Electronic payments can take up to 3 business days to process.
All electronic payments are sent through the PayPal system. When you receive your money, you can transfer it to your local bank account. Any other prize won on ezLeagues may take up to six weeks for delivery and processing.

How do I play a game?
To play a game, you first need to be a registered user of ezLeagues.
Once you have registered, you can sign up to play one of the games prior to the game period starting, and pay any applicable registration fees.

How do I select my team?
Once you have are inside the game, you select your team by choosing one player from each menu list that corresponds to a position. For football pick 'em games, you would be choosing the team you think will win. You can also view the rules of a specific game to inquire on how to play that game.

ezLeagues prides itself on its unique team selection format and we feel that it adds a challenging aspect to the fantasy games.

I want to select/trade a player that is not listed, what do I do?
With the majority of the players selected being of high-calibre, ezLeagues does not have every player from every team in its system.
If you see a player that is not in our system, you can add him by sending a request to ezLeagues using the feedback form.
During your trade and team selection processes, you will find a link to send this request.

How do I make a trade?
To make a trade, click on the 'Make Trades' link on the top of the page below the main banner.
You will be able to change your team as you see fit, and any change to your team is counted as a trade
Just following the easy instructions and you should be able to make and edit your trades with ease.
If you do not see the 'Make Trade' link, or it is faded out, it is likely because the trading deadline has passed, or you have exceeded your trade quota.

If I make a trade, when do I start earning points on the new player?
As trades are processed weekly, your trades become effective Monday morning and you will start earning points
for that new player for the Monday games.

How many teams can I have?
In free leagues, we allow a two-team limit per account. In private leagues, depending on
the settings set by your administrator, you can have an unlimited number of teams.

Why does ezLeagues charge for private leagues?
In some instances, private leagues are free, but for fantasy playoff contest, there will be a cost for private leagues.
We are offering a service for these organized 'office-type' pools, and thus ask for a small fee for doing this. Usually if
the group is large enough, it only costs each member a few dollars to pitch in for the whole league.
In partnering with ezLeagues, you can create and customize your private league, invite your friends and colleagues, and let us do all the administration work.
We take care of the team selection process, registration, and scoring.

Once you set up a private league, you will be given several options in customizing your league.

As the league administrator, you may be able to:
- select a password for private access to your league
- set the maximum number of teams in your league
- block members from making trades/selections
- delete unwanted members from the league

While ezLeagues will always strive for daily stats, the leagues are designed to have weekly transactions and thus we
can only guarantee that before all trades are made, all the stats are up to date.

I think the stats/points/standings are wrong, what do I do?
If you see a scoring discrepancy such as a players' stats, or the standings are wrong, email admin@ezleagues.com with a detailed look at the discrepancy.
The stats are always based on the season stats, not the the daily stats.

How do I win?
All the games at ezLeagues are based on a point system. The team with the most points at the end of the game period wins the league. There are also runner-up prizes depending on the game (see rules).

What if there is a tie?
Usually if a tie exists, then the prize money is split. The rules for each game will specify how ties will be decided.
